A unique meditational journey with the spirit of plant medicine and divine sound! Partake in the heart opening ritual of ceremonial drinking cacao followed by guided meditation, shamanic drumming, rattles, Tibetan singing bowls, chimes and the healing sounds of our Water Gong. The Spirit of Cacao intensifies the sound journey with increased oxygen, awareness and the release of “bliss” chemicals within the body.

PRIVATE SHANTI SACRED SOUND JOURNEY

Envelope yourself in a divinely inspired chorus of healing vibrational sound with our full array of instruments. PRIVATE SERENITY SOUND BATH
60 minutes
Envelope yourself in healing vibrational tones during an intimate improvised sound session. A small number of sacred metal Tibetan singing bowls, created by Nepalese artisans and infused with blessings by Himalayan Monks will be played in addition to crystal quartz singing bowls and chimes. It includes a guided chakra meditation, aromatherapy.

PRIVATE GONG BATH

Take your meditation as deep as the sea with the healing vibrational tones of a gong that echoes like whales songs! Our magical 36” Water Gong is exclusively handcrafted for Tone of Life by Johannes Heimrath in north east Germany, where some of the best gongs in the world are created. It includes a short guided chakra meditation accompanied by Koshi chimes and aromatherapy. (The gong bath is occasionally accompanied by Tibetan singing bowls/tingsha bells/frame drum.)

INTRO TO HIMALAYAN SINGING BOWLS

Invite a Tibetan/Himalayan bowl to sing in your hand! Experience a short introduction to using vibrational sound as a tool for healing as various cultures have for thousands of years… Learn a brief history about Tibetan singing bowls, how they’re made and how to utilize them as a personal companion to daily meditation. You will be introduced to bowls of varying sizes and tones as well as different types of mallets and strikers while learning the best techniques to play them for yourself or your loved ones. Once you feel its healing vibration and hear its serene tone, you’ll never want to live without one. Also includes a mini chakra balance.
