We're celebrating our 3rd birthday!
In appreciation of all your love and support we're holding a FREE sound bath in the park!
Please bring a yoga mat, towel/blanket, sunscreen, hat, sunglasses and water. Be sure to dress for the weather!
Arrive early to find parking and check-in.
Event will be rescheduled if inclement weather occurs. Please remember that this is an outdoor event in a public space - there will be uncontrollable influences of noise, etc. that will invite you to reach deeper into your meditation as we ground with Mother Earth.
