ABOUT THE EVENT
Envelope yourself in a divinely inspired chorus of healing vibrational sound at the beautiful Spa Montage! Make a day of it by indulging in the Spa/Spa Services beforehand to prepare yourself for our session.
The evening will begin with a guided meditation... Sacred metal Tibetan singing bowls, created by Nepalese artisans and infused with blessings by Himalayan Monks, crystal quartz singing bowls, chimes, gongs and more will be used to spiritually sweep you away on a transcendent sound journey.
During the instrumental sound bath, participants dress comfortably to lay on a yoga mat. Mats are supplied in addition to blankets and a limited number of bolsters are available for use.
Mats, blankets and bolsters are provided for use in the yoga studio. Optional: Bring a pillow and anything you would like infused by healing vibrations such as crystals, jewelry, water, etc.
