An Exploration with Cacao, Guided Movement & Healing Sound

Gather with us for a very special evening of ceremonial cacao, inspired movement and healing sound!

Cacao is a gentle heart opener that helps to release endorphins, free emotional blocks, inspire creativity and encourage connection.

We will begin our powerful container by talking story about cacao and its wonderful benefits before our ceremonial drinking ritual, where we will speak aloud our personal intentions within the circle.

Our drinking ceremony will be followed by guided movement with Dre to assist the opening of the heart chakra, accompanied by live drumming. We’ll feel the Spirit of Cacao and the fire element rise within as we rhythmically move, sway and express our bodies through space and time.

Our journey into the heart will conclude with a sacred sound bath empowering each participant to reach a highly relaxed state of consciousness while laying in savasana. The transcendental soundscape of drums, rattles, singing bowls, chimes and gongs will immerse our divine container in high-vibrational frequencies. Ceremonial Cacao helps to allow the energetic process to unfold with connections to sensations, feelings of expansion and inspiration… This higher state of being is where we are able to access our own innate healing abilities and effectively bring ourselves into full alignment with our true heart center.

Advanced registration is required to partake in high-grade ceremonial drinking cacao that is prepared before ceremony (approximately 3 oz. per person). Those that do not pre-register may be served a micro-dose of ceremonial cacao paste to eat.

We recommend no alcohol or other substances the day of and a light meal 2-3 hours before (depending on sensitivity).

For this heart opening ceremony, we will prepare the cacao with spring water, a small amount of cane sugar, cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg, Himalayan sea salt and a pinch of cayenne pepper.
