A Discovery Series of Plant + Sound Medicine

Embark on a powerful, introductory journey of ceremonial cacao and highlighted healing instruments used in Shanti’s expanded sacred cacao and sound ceremonies. Each month Christina & Paul will facilitate an exploration of cacao paired with a featured sound such as gong, Tibetan singing bowls, drums or didgeridoo. Spark your connection to inspiration and vibrational alignment!

Ceremonial grade cacao discs will be served at the beginning of the circle with a brief introduction to the healing properties of ceremonial cacao. Guests will then lie on a yoga mat on the floor as they are enveloped with featured vibrational sound. Please bring a mat, blanket/shawl, pillow, water and anything else to make yourself comfortable.

Recipients will reach a highly relaxed state of consciousness from the transcendental sounds, as the cacao helps to allow the energetic process to unfold with connections to sensations, emotions and the feeling of expansion… This higher state is where your own innate healing abilities are able to work more effectively to bring you back into optimal vibrational alignment!

Please bring a yoga mat, water (in a reusable bottle), pillow, shawl/blanket and anything else to help you feel comfortable. A limited number of mats are available. Ages 16+.
