Go on a cosmic journey with healing vibrational sound!
Experience a meditation that will take you as deep as the sea with the healing vibrational tones of a 36” Tone of Life Water Gong that echoes like the call of whales songs! The unique rolling vibrations and calming sounds will wash over your entire body to help bring you into full relaxation and optimal vibrational alignment.
A harmonious sleep-like state is reached while lying comfortably on your back in Savasana (corpse pose). It includes a guided visualization and aromatherapy.
Bring a yoga mat/sleeping pad, blanket/shawl, pillow, and anything you would like infused with the blessed energy of the bowls (crystals, jewelry, water, etc.) The lobby also is furnished with a few cozy sofas and chairs for use.
